Literature Text

These shadows that follow you
They declare death is near,
They're hands held to there face
They are held there in sorrow for you.

Where ever you go they follow
Declaring to those nearing departure that they're not alone,
They're voice you cannot hear
You hear them as wind that flows by your ear.

As you come closer to the day, that dreadfull day
Thier world starts leaking into yours,
The images that you start to see of days gone by
Send you into fits of a horror that leaves your skin as white as marble.

You think your going insanse as you notice the shadows that stalk you
The images that were once seen through a glass have become so clear,
The images are of those long departed and of how they passed
They fracture your mind and leave you trying to live in the darkness to rid your self of them.

They know your time is near, you shut everyone out
The deed they have been stalking you for whats to be done,
You are resound to your fate and your fear has turned to bliss
The black shadows begin to disappear.

the fear that left has now returned again
The now decaying shadow reaches for your hand,
For a brief moment you see them as they are
You smile and they lead you to where you now belong.
